Introdans celebrates the power of diversity with a contemporary dance programme: the HubClub’23. The artists of the HubClub’23 are irresistible and blow everyone out of their (roller) chair. A selection of the Netherlands’ top dance performers come together. The atmosphere of the evening is that of a nightclub: the audience sits around a dance floor and is treated to acts from the diverse/inclusive professional dance scene. Besides dancers and makers of Introdans, the line-up includes a diverse mix of guest makers and performers, dressed in spectacular costumes by Bas Kosters. The HubClub’23 is a showcase of irresistibly attractive inclusive dance art.

The HubClub’23 is a new production of Introdans. We show the pearls of the Dutch inclusive/diverse professional stage dance art for a broad audience. Source of inspiration is the successful series Encounters (since 2001) of Introdans and the previous variants of the HubClub from 2021 and 2022.
The Council for Culture (Raad voor Cultuur) says about Introdans: ‘Introdans is a pioneer with its inclusive vision and working methods and shows much commitment to the region. Under the heading ‘Everyone can dance’, the company develops interactive projects based on its current repertoire for education, the social sphere, the leisure circuit and for talent in society.’
Besides Introdans, many other Dutch initiatives have been pioneering the professionalisation of inclusive dance for some time. Introdans sought to connect with them and invited them to the HubClub’23. Together the artists form the motley crew: young, old, multicultural, physically/mentally diverse, m/f/x, LHBTQIA+.
