Introdans respects your privacy and handles all personal information you provide to us – verbally, in writing or digitally – with care and confidentiality. In this privacy policy we tell you what information we may request, collect and store from you, why we do this and what we do with it. The policy applies to all our services over the internet. On our website we link to websites of third parties. Introdans is not responsible for the behavior of these websites. For all data that we process, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What can we ask and why?

When you sign up for one of our services, for example to receive our newsletter, we ask for personal information such as your name and e-mail address. We only use this information to provide you with the requested service and do not ask for more information than necessary. This also applies to the information we receive via the website from sponsors, partners and Friends of Introdans.

The personal data that we may process include:

  • name, gender and organization;
  • contact details (such as address, telephone number and e-mail address);
  • additional personal data such as proof of identity, date of birth, nationality and marital status;
  • bank account number and/or IBAN;
  • for job applications: CVs;
  • all other personal data that we use for the purposes mentioned below.

What do we do with your information?

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. This data is stored on a secure server. Your information will never be combined with other data that Introdans may have and will only be processed on a lawful basis.

We therefore only process your personal data if there is a legal basis for this as described in the GDPR:

  • for the execution of an agreement;
  • due to a legal obligation;
  • with your permission;
  • due to a legitimate interest.

What else might we ask for and keep?

We may store emails or other digital messages such as completed contact forms. We may also ask you for personal information if you ask us a question or have a request. These personal data is stored and processed by us for a period that is necessary for the purpose of the processing. We also store this information on a secure server, for which we have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures.

What information do we collect?

In some cases, people or departments within Introdans may exchange your data, for example to answer a question.

You can view, change or delete all personal information that you have provided to Introdans at any time.
