That’s what patients, many of whom had been struggling with anxiety and/or mood disorders for years, discovered when they were given the chance to dance for a week last year. The results of the study into this experiment are now in, and they are promising.

Her Majesty Queen Máxima of the Netherlands will officially open the State of Fashion Biennale 2026 on 13 May, and Minister Robbert Dijkgraaf of Education, Culture and Science will deliver a speech. As part of the festive opening, Introdans will perform The Mirror by Fernando Melo choreographer. During the biennale, the Introdans production TWINSET will also premiere, created in collaboration with STOF platform.
