From 6 to 9 May 2027, Introdans will perform at the prestigious Linbury Theatre at The Royal Opera House in London. With Female Power, Introdans presents a programme celebrating the strength and versatility of female choreographers.
The programme brings together three remarkable works. The evening opens with Notes of Longing by American choreographer and minimalist dance pioneer Lucinda Childs, a work she created especially for Introdans. This is followed by her energetic Concerto, in which seven dancers race across the stage in constantly changing formations, accompanied by the driving music of Henryk Górecki.
The evening concludes with Boulevard of Broken Dreams by choreographer Inbal Pinto. In this colourful and theatrical work, memories, lost worlds and bygone lives come together in a unique dance world filled with contrasts and emotion.
With Female Power, Introdans returns to one of the world’s leading stages for dance and opera. A special international milestone for the company, and a unique opportunity to experience Introdans in the heart of London.

Programme
Notes of Longing
The mixed programme opens with Notes of Longing, a creation by minimalist choreographer Lucinda Childs for Introdans. The work is inspired by the structure of the piano music of Matteo Myderwyk.
Concerto
In Lucinda Childs’ Concerto – an absorbing work described as ‘one long whirlwind’ – seven dancers race across the stage in constantly changing formations, accompanied by the driving music of Henryk Mikołaj Górecki.
Boulevard of Broken Dreams
The programme continues with Boulevard of Broken Dreams by Inbal Pinto. In this work, a reworking of an earlier choreography, Pinto paints a broad spectrum of colours and emotions. The work reflects on past lives, bygone worlds, lost loved ones and memories that continue to resonate like a distant inner voice.
