In the spring of 2024, Introdans organized the Silver Moves workshop series for elderly residents of Arnhem, in collaboration with Liemerije Zevenaar and Westervoort.

Silver Moves is a series of six workshops aimed at enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable elderly people by offering them an engaging and activating dance activity. The participants, including elderly and those with dementia, move in a fun way under the guidance of an Introdans instructor. There is time for a cup of coffee or tea in between sessions. After each workshop, there is a follow-up discussion with the participants. The Introdans performance SPRING was central to this series. Introdans believes that everyone can dance, even if mobility is limited. The dance instructors from Introdans have extensive experience in providing enjoyable dance lessons to the elderly, focusing on what you can do and what you enjoy. Fun is the priority! The workshops took place from April 18 to June 20, 2024.
