Dance connects, inspires and gets people moving. Guided by this belief, Introdans organises a wide range of dance workshops throughout the year for schools, organisations, festivals, events and special gatherings. Each workshop offers an accessible introduction to dance and allows participants to experience how movement can contribute to connection, creativity, enjoyment and personal development.
Our workshops are inspired by the movement material, themes and energy of Introdans performances. Led by experienced dance teachers, participants discover that dance is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, experience or background. Whether it is an interactive workshop at a festival, an inspiring session linked to a performance, a gathering for professionals or a dance activity centred around a specific theme, each workshop is tailored to the audience and the occasion.
Through these workshops, Introdans brings its mission to life: enabling as many people as possible to experience the power, connection and meaning that dance can offer. In this way, we make dance accessible to a broad audience and create moments of connection, wonder and movement.
One-off Dance Workshops 2026
VSBfonds Beurzenfestival – 12 June 2026
At the VSBfonds Beurzenfestival on 12 June 2026 at the Railway Museum (Spoorwegmuseum), Introdans will lead the workshop Swingen met Introdans. Students who are about to go abroad with a VSBfonds scholarship, together with alumni, will step onto the dance floor for an energetic workshop full of disco vibes, fun and connection.
Inspired by the Pink Panther Party theme, Introdans shows that everyone can dance. It becomes a festive moment of movement and relaxation during a day filled with encounters and inspiration.
Gelderse CMK Day – 24 September 2026
During the Gelderse CMK Day on 24 September 2026 at Akoesticum in Ede, Introdans will deliver an energetic dance workshop inspired by Pink Panther Party XXL. Under the guidance of our interaction educators, participants experience the power of dance, creativity and expression.
We will also share more about our extracurricular activities, including Dans Speciaal, in which children and young people with disabilities are introduced to different aspects of dance. The workshop connects to themes such as inclusivity, arts education and collaboration beyond the classroom.
Attent Care and Treatment – 12 October 2026
A custom-made workshop for Attent. Attent provides care for older adults in the Central Gelderland region, including residential care, rehabilitation and home care.
