Golden Moves 2024
Did you feel like celebrating spring and moving joyfully to fun music? Whether you were able-bodied or a bit less mobile, whether you could dance a little or not at all, you were in the right place with Introdans’ Golden Moves dance series! This year as well, the welfare organization SWOA and Introdans organized an accessible dance lesson series for seniors aged 60 and over. The Golden Moves dance series took place from February 13th to March 19th, 2024, every Tuesday at three SWOA locations in Arnhem: De Petersborg (Vredenburg), De Gaanderij (Elderveld), and De Weldam (Presikhaaf).
In the class, you – whether sitting or standing – experience the strength and joy of dance and receive a physical and mental boost. For over 50 years, Introdans has known that everyone can dance, even if your mobility is limited. Introdans’ dance teachers have extensive experience in providing enjoyable dance lessons to seniors. They focus on what you can do and what you enjoy. Fun is the priority, and coffee and tea are ready for you!
