Together with the welfare organisation SWOA, Introdans organised an accessible dance class series for older adults aged 60 and above in spring 2026. The dance series Golden Moves took place from 24 February to 31 March 2026, every Tuesday, at three SWOA locations / community centres in Arnhem: De Petersborg (Vredenburg), De Gaanderij (Elderveld) and De Weldam (Presikhaaf).
The aim is to enjoy moving together in a fun and accessible way. Whether you are fully mobile or have reduced mobility, whether you have (some) dance experience or none at all: with Introdans’ Golden Moves dance series, you are in the right place.
During the class, you will experience the power and joy of dance – either seated or standing – and enjoy a physical and mental boost. For more than 50 years, Introdans has known that everyone can dance, even if your mobility is more limited. The Introdans dance teachers have extensive experience in delivering enjoyable dance classes for older adults. They focus on what you can do and what you enjoy. Fun comes first, and coffee and tea are ready for you!
