Everyone can dance with Introdans!
The Introdans teachers move you with five free active videos to start your day with fresh energy, for an active lunch break or to end the day fit. All videos contain three exercises, based on the Introdans repertoire. Each class lasts about 20 minutes and consists of a gentle warm-up, an active middle part and a stretch at the end. Move aside your coffee table and move with us!
After this first successful series of videos, there is now also a BASIC variant of the Introdans moves you-videos. With these three brand new exercises, no one has an excuse to sit still. Young or old: everyone can dance!
