Introdans bij Uitnacht Arnhem in Musis en Rozet!

Behind-the-Scenes Look at the Rehearsal of ICOON at Musis

During Arnhem’s Uitnacht on Friday, January 24, 2025, Introdans invites the public to a unique behind-the-scenes look at ICOON, our new production honoring the legendary choreographer Lucinda Childs. This focused program, premiering on March 14, 2025, celebrates Childs’ work and unique artistic vision. Known as the “queen of minimalist dance,” Childs turns 85 in 2025.

Visitors are welcome to drop in freely during the open rehearsal in the Parkzaal at Musis, where they can experience how Introdans dancers and choreographers prepare for the performance. During a follow-up presentation, we offer a glimpse into Childs’ movement language, considered completely unique due to her complex, almost mathematical approach to dance.

Experience Introdans up close and discover Lucinda Childs’ craftsmanship during the open rehearsals of ICOON at Musis. These activities are free of charge and require no registration.

Introdans Brings Dance Fun to Rozet During Arnhem Uitnacht!

At Rozet, Introdans invites people of all ages to join a special Dance Along session led by our enthusiastic instructor, Louise. These Dance Along sessions take place in Rozet’s central hall and are designed so that anyone can participate—even with no dance experience! Everyday movements are transformed in these workshops into playful dances, with a focus on enjoyment and accessibility.

Virtual Dance Carousel – AR Dance Experience

During Arnhem Uitnacht, visit the *Virtual Dance Carousel* in Rozet Arnhem, a unique collaboration between Introdans, Rozet, and Fillip Studios. This interactive Augmented Reality (AR) experience allows visitors of all ages to explore the world of dance in an accessible way. Through this installation, real Introdans dancers come to life, merging a physical object with digital technology. Using iPads or their own smartphones, guests can discover the magic of dance in a whole new, interactive way.
