Also in 2026, Introdans will once again be organising the Danskracht dance course series for adults and older participants. Anyone aged 25 to 80+ who loves dancing is welcome, regardless of fitness level or body type. No dance experience is needed. In these workshops you will discover the power and joy of dance and give both body and mind a real boost. You will dance yourself and also get a look behind the scenes of our company.

Costs: each series of 6 classes costs €149.50 (including €2.50 administration fee)

Wake up Easy (25plus)
Start your day gently with dance
Time: 08.30 to 09.45
A relaxed class focused on easing your body into movement so you can begin your day with good energy.
Wake up Energy (25plus)
Kick off your day with energetic dance
Time: 09.45 to 11.00
A class with more physical intensity. Expect to leave the studio sweating after seventy five minutes.
Like the Introdans Dancers (55plus)
Train like a dancer
Time: 11.00 to 12.15
Experience a condensed version of the Introdans dancers’ training schedule. From warm up to strength work to learning a piece of choreography.
Mankracht (55plus)
Dance for men
Time: 12.15 to 13.30
A class designed for the 55plus male body. You follow the Introdans dancers’ training structure and explore choreographic material performed by the men in the ensemble.
Performance (55plus)
The journey towards a dance performance
Time: 13.30 to 14.45
A series for those who want to experience what it is like to work towards a dance performance. A choreography will be created, inspired by the Introdans repertoire, with a presentation for your own audience at the end.
Prachtig80 (80plus)
Eighty plus on the dance floor
Time: 14.45 to 16.00
A class focused on the possibilities of people aged eighty plus. Sources of inspiration include renowned choreographers Lucinda Childs eighty four and Krisztina de Châtel eighty one.
