On October 10, during Coming In Week Armhem 2024, the film Pink Cast will be shown at De Kurk in Arnhem. The Pink Cast was a collaborative project between Introdans and SWOA, with music by Spinvis, performed in 2018 at various locations, including care institutions, schools, conferences, and theaters. The goal of Introdans and SWOA was to strengthen the position of lhbti+ seniors in our society.

In the Netherlands, an estimated 400,000 lgbti+ seniors live, often less visible than younger generations. They grew up in a time when homosexuality was rarely discussed. Many kept their sexual orientation hidden, and in many cases, that is still true today.

Join us on October 10 to watch the film and be surprised by the special ending, performed live by some of the dancers. After the film, there will be a discussion where we’ll talk about how things were in the past and how the situation is now.
