Upcoming Friday, Introdans (featuring two of our esteemed former dancers, Yulanne de Groot and Jurriën Schobben) will also be present at the annual Bridge to Liberation in Arnhem.
This special event, taking place on September 20th, 2024, commemorates 80 years of freedom and reflects on the historical events of World War II at the iconic John Frost Bridge. Former Introdans dancer and choreographer Jurriën Schobben will present a new choreography that explores the profound impact of war.
The celebration and remembrance will take place on a floating stage, with the majestic John Frost Bridge as the backdrop. A large LED screen will illuminate the scene, providing an immersive visual experience. Renowned artists, including Karsu, SEF, Jaap Reesema, and Thomas Oliemans, will captivate the audience with their performances, accompanied by Phion, the orchestra of Gelderland and Overijssel.
