Education & Interaction

Introdans believes in the power of dance or empowerment through dance; it opens up worlds and connects people with their imagination and with each other. Through our interactive and educational activities, we share this power of dance each year with thousands of students, young people, local residents, people distanced from the labor market, vulnerable elderly individuals, and people with intellectual or physical disabilities.

Partners: SWOA, Scalabor, De Onderwijsspecialisten, Liemerije, DrieGasthuizenGroep, NOC*NSF / Papendal, ArtEZ University of the Arts, MBO Rijn IJssel / Studio 26, Pro Persona, Presikhaaf University, Fillip Studios, and the Kröller-Müller Museum.

National and international knowledge exchange on inclusive dance and inclusive production takes place through workshops, collaborative choreographies, and projects. We created inclusive duets with local performers in Spain, China, Japan, and South Africa, where Introdans also presented a HubClub Special. Collaborations include, among others, the Holland Dance Festival (HubClub’26), Body Moves Festival (Benoni, South Africa), JOMBA! Festival (Durban, South Africa), Northern Ballet (Leeds, UK), and various embassies.
