An inspiring development program for business talent in the cultural sector, De Generator OOST, has begun.

Together with an enthusiastic and diverse group of participants, the business aspects of #leadership within the performing arts are being further explored and strengthened.

Introdans is highly motivated to contribute to this program and to collectively build the future of the performing arts.

We are also proud that Marieke van ‘t Hoff, business director/administrator at Introdans, has been paired with Sanne Groen, who works in Marketing and Communications (Education & Outreach) for the Museum Catharijneconvent. Together, they will discover new pathways and create valuable exchanges!

We are excited to take the next steps with this fantastic group and elevate the cultural sector of East Netherlands to an even higher level.

About De Generator

De Generator is an initiative of performing arts institutions from East Netherlands and was launched in 2021. From fall 2023, there is also an edition in the western part of the country.

The coordination of De Generator is managed by Cultuur Academy.

During De Generator 2022/2023, participants of De Generator formulated the changes they wish to contribute to. Below is their statement.
