Working at Introdans is so much more than a backstage job — it’s a warm environment filled with craftsmanship, curiosity and a strong sense of community. For more than 50 years, we have been inspiring as many people as possible with the art of dance—through passion, dedication and exceptional craftsmanship. We present our dance productions in theatres throughout the Netherlands and internationally, with Arnhem as our home base. We place valuable dance heritage alongside innovative new creations. Our mission is to make dance accessible to everyone, from young to old. Smart collaboration, connection and sharing are at the heart of what we do. And above all, we believe in inclusion—because everyone can dance.
