Silver Moves summer 2026
On 4 Thursdays in August, we will be offering an extra series of Silver Moves classes – a summer edition for residents of Liemerije Zevenaar, a workshop series for vulnerable older adults, in collaboration with Liemerije. Even if you have reduced mobility or are in a wheelchair, you can still dance, according to Introdans! Dance is for everyone!

This project is part of De Dansverbinding++. A four-year program in which we develop various dance projects for different target groups, further shaping our motto “dance power for everyone.” This program is made possible in part thanks to the VriendenLoterij Fonds.
Silver Moves is a series of four workshops aimed at improving the quality of life of vulnerable older adults by offering them an engaging and activating dance activity. The participants, including older adults and people with dementia, move in a fun way under the guidance of an Introdans instructor. Between sessions there is time for a cup of coffee or tea. After each workshop, there is a group discussion with the participants.
