16 March 2026
Introdans dancers Carlota Batalla and Alberto Tardanico were invited to perform at the gala evening of the Premi Internacional de Dansa Roseta Mauri in Spain. This international dance award traditionally concludes with a gala where dancers from various companies share the stage.
During the evening, Carlota and Alberto performed two duets. The first was a duet from Carmen by choreographer Gustavo Ramírez Sansano, and they also performed a duet from Cantata by choreographer Mauro Bigonzetti.
At the gala, they performed alongside dancers from companies including the National Ballet Theater from Croatia, Semperoper Ballett Dresden, and the Hamburg Ballet.
The gala marked the conclusion of the twelfth edition of the Roseta Mauri dance award, showcasing a variety of styles from classical ballet to neoclassical and contemporary dance. The winners of this edition and the audience award also performed during the evening.
For Carlota Batalla and Alberto Tardanico, the invitation was a meaningful international recognition and an opportunity to present Introdans’ work on a global stage.
