This year, the Ballet Gala is dedicated to Roel Voorintholt

The board of the Dansersfonds has decided to dedicate this year’s Dutch Ballet Gala to Roel Voorintholt, Artistic Director of Introdans.
Alexandra Radius and Han Ebbelaar:
“Roel is an exceptional person. At the age of twenty-one, he danced his first role with Introdans and gradually built his career there until becoming Artistic Director in 2005. In this role, he has developed into the ideal driving force behind the company. He possesses the flair and charisma to attract choreographers to collaborate with Introdans. Thanks to the many choreographic treasures this has yielded, the group has grown into an internationally renowned dance company that occupies a unique place within the Dutch dance landscape. We are therefore honored to dedicate this edition of our gala to Roel, in recognition of his immense dedication and his ever-positive contribution to the art of dance.”
